Who operates this website

Geneius 3D Printing is operated by Gene Kwak, based in California, United States, under the Geneius name. In these terms, “we” and “us” refer to that operator. You can contact us at support@geneius.io.

Product information and availability

This website describes Geneius 3D Printing and provides a way to ask product and availability questions. The public pages do not offer customer accounts, online ordering, payments or file uploads. Contact support for ordering availability.

Descriptions and example workflows explain the product. They are not an offer to accept an order or a guarantee of availability, pricing, production or delivery. The images are illustrative and do not represent an available supplier catalog. Actual products, options and materials may differ.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its support contact. You do not need an account to read these pages.

You may read the website, link to it and share its links. Do not use Geneius branding to imply a relationship or endorsement that does not exist, or reuse protected material without the necessary permission or a right provided by law.

Support inquiries

When contacting us, provide enough information to explain your question and identify the Geneius product concerned. Send only information you are entitled to share. Do not email passwords, payment-card details, API keys, private recipient lists or confidential design files.

A support inquiry or reply does not by itself create an order, reserve production capacity or authorize a charge. Any purchase would require the applicable ordering process and your confirmation of its terms.

Orders and payments

These public pages do not accept purchases or payments. Before ordering becomes available, we will provide the applicable purchase terms, including prices, taxes, shipping, cancellations, refunds and how to report an order problem. These website terms do not establish a purchase, refund or delivery policy.

Geneius and fulfillment providers

Geneius 3D Printing is an independent Geneius product designed for printing existing STL models through Slant3D. Geneius support is your contact for this product.

This is a Geneius website. Supplier names identify the intended fulfillment services; their names and marks belong to their respective owners. Links to another website are governed by that website’s own terms and privacy practices.

Website changes and your rights

We may update product information, correct errors or change these pages as the service evolves. The website may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or other reasons. Contact support if information appears incorrect or you need clarification before relying on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to bring a claim.
