Who operates this website
Geneius 3D Printing is operated by Gene Kwak, based in California, United States, under the Geneius name. In this notice, “we” and “us” refer to that operator. Contact support@geneius.io with privacy questions or requests.
These public pages provide product information and an email support contact. They do not offer customer accounts, online ordering, payments or file uploads.
Information we receive
Website requests. Our web hosting service may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring page, request times and security events. This information helps deliver the website, diagnose problems and prevent abuse. DNS services handle the domain lookup information needed to direct traffic to the website.
Support inquiries. When you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message and its attachments, and ordinary email delivery information. We use this information to respond, resolve your inquiry and keep a record of the correspondence.
Send only what is needed for your question. Do not email passwords, payment-card details, API keys, private recipient lists or confidential design files.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
These pages do not set application cookies or include analytics or advertising scripts. Cloudflare provides DNS service only and does not set security cookies on these pages. Hosting and email services may process technical information for security and delivery as described in this notice. We will update this notice before adding website features that introduce new uses of cookies.
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We do not use these pages to track your browsing across other websites. A browser’s Do Not Track signal does not change the operational request processing described here; there is no advertising tracking on these pages to disable.
How information is used and shared
We use information to operate and protect the website, answer questions, troubleshoot issues and meet applicable legal obligations. Website hosting is provided by Hetzner and managed through Hatchbox. Cloudflare provides DNS service for the domain. These providers, our email service and technical administrators may handle information as needed for their respective operational roles. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where those services operate.
We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, or as reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security incidents or threats to people’s rights and safety.
SimplyNoted and Slant3D are the intended fulfillment providers for the Geneius products. Visiting these pages or emailing support does not send your inquiry or website information to either supplier for fulfillment.
Retention and security
We retain support correspondence and technical records for as long as reasonably needed for their purpose, including resolving inquiries, operating and protecting the website, handling disputes and satisfying legal requirements. Retention depends on the information, the status of the inquiry and applicable operational or legal needs. We delete information when it is no longer needed, subject to those requirements and service-provider backup and deletion processes.
Access to support and operational information is limited to those who need it for these purposes. No internet service or email system can guarantee absolute security, so please limit the personal information you send.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose whether to email us and what information to include. To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or exercise a privacy right available under applicable law, email support@geneius.io. Identify the Geneius product and describe your request without including sensitive information.
We may need enough information to verify that a request concerns you before disclosing or changing records. We will handle requests under applicable law and explain any lawful reason we cannot fulfill a request in full. Your rights depend on your location and the laws that apply; this notice does not limit those rights.
Children’s information
These pages are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact support so we can review and address it.

Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This notice covers the Geneius pages and support inquiries described above.
Before customer accounts, ordering, payment or upload features become available, we will provide an updated notice describing the information those features use and the relevant service providers.
Changes to this notice
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it.
